1 General Rules

ber33 is a Bangladesh-focused online casino and sports betting platform that provides a full service in Bengali for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between ber33 and its users.

• If verification fails or false information is found, the account may be immediately suspended or closed.
• Any winnings belonging to a minor will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each individual may hold only one account on ber33. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all related accounts may be closed and all balances forfeited.

• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• Any change in information must be reported to the support team without delay.
• Account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential.
• Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited.
• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to ber33 without delay.
• The user is responsible for all activity on their account.

ber33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account in the interest of investigating any suspicious activity. No transactions will be possible during this suspension period.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

ber33 supports the common and popular payment methods available in Bangladesh, ensuring fast and secure transactions for Bangladeshi users.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
• Bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (applies to all payment methods).
• Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be reflected in your account.
• The payment provider's own limits may also apply.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• Additional documents may be requested for verification purposes.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ber33 offers a welcome bonus for new users and regular promotions for existing members. All bonuses are provided under the following terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• The bonus amount will not exceed ৳8,000, even if the deposit amount is higher.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus).
• Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳25,000 before withdrawing the bonus.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each user may use each bonus offer only once.
• ber33 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings earned through wagering are withdrawable.
• Each bonus may have a specific expiry period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ber33 platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Fraud, deceptive activities, or use of bots on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or use of unlawful funds.
• Placing bets in the name of or on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's technical systems.
• Harassing other users or engaging in discriminatory conduct.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

ber33 treats the security of users' personal information as its highest priority. The platform uses SSL encryption, which keeps all data transfers fully secure.
